Some certified industry designations he has received are the elite Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and the CLHMS – Million Dollar Guild, an impressive performance portion of the course. Other certifications include Senior Real Estate Specialist and Santa Cruz Local Pro. Yearly awards prove the competence of Jim. He seems to bring home top producer awards every year.

Jim grew up in the Pleasure Point area of Santa Cruz. As an adult, he has resided in Live Oak, West Santa Cruz, Pleasure Point, Rio Del Mar, Corralitos, and Watsonville. He has been a part of the community’s growth and will share its colorful history and trends with you.

For three decades, Jim’s career as an awarded top producing food service rep, and a business owner honed his skills in marketing, sales, and management. Owning relocation, storage, and transportation businesses directed at corporations and independent real estate markets, he has paved the way from working directly with vendors to real estate. Elizabeth, his wife is a retired local 6th-grade math teacher and a long-time Fitness Instructor within the community, and he has adult children in the area.
